Take ownership of marketing execution across Germany and the wider DACH region for an established international asset manager.
This is a hands-on role working closely with distribution teams to turn global priorities into effective, locally relevant campaigns for intermediary clients.
The Opportunity
- Lead the local execution of marketing activity across DACH intermediary channels, including financial advisers, wealth managers, private banks, platforms, insurers, and asset allocators.
- Work closely with Business Development and Client Service teams to support strategic accounts, distribution partners, and client engagement through integrated campaigns, events, roadshows, and digital activity.
- Adapt global campaigns and investment content for the German-speaking market, using data and analytics to track engagement, generate leads, and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
- 5+ years marketing experience within asset management, with a strong background in intermediary and wholesale marketing.
- Native-level German and fluent English, alongside a strong understanding of the DACH asset management landscape, its distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
- Strong campaign and project management skills, with experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.
