Daily Cover Teachers - Flexible Supply Work

Ealing Borough
£145 - £170 per day DOE | Weekly Pay

Are you an ECT looking to build confidence across a variety of school settings? Have you just finished your PGCE and want to experience different classrooms before committing to a permanent role? Or are you an experienced teacher seeking part-time, flexible daily cover that fits around your lifestyle?

We're recruiting Daily Cover Teachers to support primary and secondary schools across Ealing, including mainstream and non-mainstream provisions. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a positive impact across multiple schools.

What You'll Need

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
  • Ability to take morning calls and accept same-day bookings
  • A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
  • Confidence teaching across your relevant key stages
  • Good communication and organisational skills

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, KS2, or secondary
  • Following school policies, routines, and safeguarding expectations
  • Adapting quickly to different classrooms, year groups, and school cultures
  • Maintaining a calm, professional presence
  • Ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
  • Building rapport with pupils and staff across multiple schools
