Daily Learning Support Practitioners - Ealing Schools
Mainstream & Non-Mainstream Settings
£14.50 - £16.65 per hour

We're seeking motivated Learning Support Practitioners to join our pool of daily staff supporting schools across Ealing Borough. You'll work in a mix of mainstream and non-mainstream environments, helping pupils from early years through to secondary.
If you're adaptable, reliable and enjoy making a difference, daily support work could be the perfect fit.
What You Need To Apply
- GCSE English & Maths at Grade C/Level 4 or above
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
- Experience supporting children or young people (school, tutoring, youth work, mentoring)
- Confidence taking morning calls and accepting same-day bookings
- A calm, patient and proactive approach
- Strong communication and behaviour-support skills
- SEN experience is beneficial but not essential

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups or within whole-class settings
- Assisting teachers with learning tasks, interventions and behaviour routines
- Helping pupils with additional needs, including SEN
- Following safeguarding, behaviour and school policies
- Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Building rapport quickly and adapting to new classrooms
- Contributing to pupil progress and wellbeing
