Daily Supply Teachers - Primary & Secondary
Ealing Borough Pay: £145 - £170 per day DOE | Weekly Pay | Flexible Daily Work
Are you an ECT looking to build confidence across different school settings? Have you just completed your PGCE and want to explore a range of classrooms before committing long-term? Or are you an experienced teacher seeking part-time, flexible daily supply that fits around your lifestyle?
We are recruiting reliable, adaptable and confident Supply Teachers to work across mainstream and non-mainstream schools in Ealing, covering EYFS, KS1, KS2 and secondary depending on your experience.
Daily supply offers variety, autonomy and the chance to build strong relationships with multiple schools across the borough.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
- Ability to take morning calls and accept same-day bookings
- A flexible, positive and proactive approach
- Confidence teaching across your relevant key stages
- Good communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, KS2 or secondary
- Following school policies, routines and behaviour expectations
- Adapting quickly to different classrooms, year groups and school cultures
- Ensuring safeguarding and pupil wellbeing at all times
- Providing continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
- Maintaining a professional, calm and supportive presence
- Building rapport with pupils and staff across multiple schools
