Daily Supply Teaching Assistant

Salary is based on experience and qualifications. Higher rates apply to candidates with significant experience and/or qualifications.
Transparency Education is looking for experienced Teaching Assistants for flexible daily supply work across primary schools in Bromley. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy variety, can adapt quickly and want greater control over their working week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils and class teachers across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Follow the class teacher’s instructions and established school routines.
- Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning.
- Support positive behaviour and pupil engagement.
- Adapt quickly to different classes, year groups and school environments.
- Follow each school’s safeguarding, behaviour and confidentiality procedures.
Requirements
- Recent experience supporting children in a primary school or comparable setting.
- A flexible, dependable and professional approach.
- Confidence entering new environments and building rapport quickly.
- Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
- The ability to travel reliably to schools in and around BR2.
- A relevant teaching-assistant qualification is desirable.
