Daily Teaching Assistants - Mainstream & Non-Mainstream Schools
Ealing Borough
Hourly Pay: £14.50 - £16.65 DOE
Weekly Pay | Start September
Are you looking for flexible, rewarding daily work that fits around your schedule? Perhaps you've recently graduated and want to explore teaching by starting as a TA. Or maybe you're the type of person who enjoys fast-paced, varied days supporting pupils across different school settings.
We are recruiting reliable, confident and proactive Teaching Assistants to work across mainstream and non-mainstream schools in Ealing, supporting pupils from EYFS to KS4 depending on your experience.
Daily work offers flexibility, variety and the chance to build strong relationships with multiple schools in the borough.
What You'll Need
- At least Grade C/Level 4 in GCSE Maths and English
- DBS on the Update Service
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- SEN experience highly desirable
- Ability to be available for morning calls and same-day bookings
- A positive, calm and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and behaviour-support skills

Your Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils in class, small groups or 1:1
- Assisting with learning activities, interventions and behaviour routines
- Helping pupils with additional needs, including SEN
- Following teacher instructions and school policies
- Creating a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Building rapport with pupils and contributing to their progress
- Adapting quickly to different classrooms, routines and expectations
