About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced DAM Product Owner with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets expertise to support the next phase of a large-scale Digital Asset Management programme for a global enterprise operating across multiple international markets.

A core AEM Assets integration has recently gone live, but this role is about much more than supporting an implementation. You'll be responsible for driving the continued evolution of the platform, expanding adoption across markets, identifying new capabilities and integrations, improving governance and workflows, and ensuring AEM Assets delivers measurable business value across the organisation.

This is a highly strategic, hands-on Product Owner role. We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, identifies opportunities for improvement, works confidently with senior stakeholders, and can translate complex platform capabilities into practical business outcomes.

If you're passionate about enterprise DAM, modern content operations, AI, automation and the future of digital asset management, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own and prioritise the AEM Assets product backlog, balancing market needs, governance requirements, technical improvements and business value.
  • Define and maintain the DAM product roadmap, driving platform adoption, capability expansion, workflow optimisation and integration opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a DAM adoption and maturity framework, measuring platform adoption across teams, business units and markets.
  • Translate business requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria for Adobe partners and delivery teams.
  • Lead prioritisation sessions with stakeholders across markets, implementation partners and technical teams.
  • Make informed trade-off decisions between support, governance, enablement and new capability development.
  • Track roadmap delivery against agreed KPIs and success measures, ensuring platform investment delivers measurable business outcomes.

Platform Operations, Governance & Enablement

  • Own day-to-day platform governance, including support, incident management, technical troubleshooting and platform configuration.
  • Maintain and evolve metadata models, taxonomy, naming conventions and governance standards to ensure assets remain searchable, reusable and compliant.
  • Lead onboarding and enablement for new markets through training, documentation, knowledge management and adoption programmes.
  • Build and maintain adoption dashboards, maturity assessments and reporting frameworks to identify improvement opportunities and demonstrate ROI.
  • Define and document scalable operating processes, governance models and ways of working across multiple markets.
  • Act as the trusted subject matter expert for stakeholders, translating technical concepts into practical business guidance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
