Job Description

The Damage Claims Agent manages vehicle damage cases from incident report to repair completion and handover to the Billing & Recharge team. You will coordinate repairs, gather evidence, and communicate with customers, drivers, bodyshops, and internal teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective vehicle return to service. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You receive and log damage reports, assessing evidence to prioritise and categorise incidents accurately.
  • You source and evaluate repair estimates, authorise repairs within limits, and coordinate repair bookings.
  • You monitor repair progress, arrange temporary vehicles, and conduct quality checks before handover.
  • You maintain accurate case records and compile files for Billing & Recharge handover.
  • You provide clear liability assessments and liaise with Insurance Professionals on complex cases.
  • You keep customers, drivers, and stakeholders updated and handle inquiries professionally within SLA.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience: You have coordination, case management, or customer service experience.
  • Organisation: You manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: You are comfortable working with computer systems and databases.
  • Background: Ideally, you have knowledge of fleet, automotive, insurance, or claims administration.
  • Know-how: Basic understanding of vehicle damage and repair processes is advantageous.
