Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Damp & Mould Supervisor to join their team in London.

Our client is a leading property services specialist delivering responsive repairs, planned works, refurbishments and voids services across the UK, supporting housing providers and public sector clients with high-quality maintenance services.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will oversee a team of subcontractors delivering damp and mould repairs and maintenance across residential properties. You will be responsible for day-to-day coordination, performance management and service quality, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in damp and mould, social housing or property maintenance, with the ability to lead a mobile workforce and ensure excellent standards of workmanship and resident service.

The Role

• Supervise a team of subcontractors delivering damp and mould repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure works are completed on time, to specification and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, performance and quality through regular site visits and inspections.
• Review completed works, coding accuracy and variations.
• Liaise with planners, administrators and client teams to maintain a smooth workflow and accurate reporting.
• Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver toolbox talks, risk assessments and site inspections.
• Support resource planning and coordination of works.
• Build strong working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors and colleagues.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, helping to maintain high standards of workmanship and service delivery.
