Aim Sky High Academy is an award-winning dance organisation that empowers children and young people by teaching lifelong transferable skills through dance. Role Description
The Dance School Operations & Growth Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Manchester. This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, including financial management, studio coordination, and ensuring smooth running of sessions and events. The manager supports growth initiatives by nurturing relationships with parents and partners, managing enquiries, and contributing to sales and enrollment targets.

Responsibilities

- Tracking performance metrics
- Supporting marketing campaigns
- Coordinating projects such as showcases or competitions
- Implementing efficient processes
- Working closely with leadership and teaching staff to enhance the student experience and drive sustainable growth of the academy
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Analytics capabilities to track performance, interpret data, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with students, families, partners, and internal teams in a professional and inclusive manner.
- Sales skills to support student recruitment, manage enquiries, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives such as events, programs, and operational improvements.
- Experience in education, arts, sports, or community-focused organisations is beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Manchester and collaborating with diverse groups of children, young people, and families.
- Background or interest in dance, youth development, or social enterprise is an advantage.
