3t is currently looking to recruit a Dangerous Goods Instructor on a permanent contract in Aberdeen, UK.
Salary and Benefits Package
- Up to £47,000.00 per annum.
- Holiday entitlement of 33 days (including mandatory days off to cover Christmas and New Year)

This role is contracted at 40 hours per week. The working hours for this role are 7.30am to 4.15pm, Monday to Friday, including a 45‑minute unpaid lunch break.
The Opportunity
Role Purpose: To deliver 3t’ approved suite of courses within the given technical subject area at 3t training centres in a consistent, professional way which reflects 3t’ business integrity and culture.

Key Responsibilities
- To deliver courses as required in line with 3t and accrediting body requirements
- To support customers during course delivery as appropriate
- To participate in standardisation and continuing professional development events as required
- To support department growth through technical input to new courses, training standards, customer meetings and the continual improvement of existing courses.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.
- Apply 3t and where appropriate Client’s HSE Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure that all 3t quality and operational procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures.

Essential Criteria:
- Industry recognised Assessor Qualification, SQA / OPITO or equivalent
- Industry recognised Instructor / Teaching Qualification
- CAA Instructors certificate
Courses initially required to deliver:
- Dangerous Goods by Air – CAA
- Dangerous Goods by Sea
- Client bespoke Dangerous Goods course
