Daphne Jackson Fellowships help people return to research after a career break of at least two years taken for caring, family, or health reasons. Our funded, flexible fellowships combine a personalised retraining programme with a challenging research project to create something truly unique to you.

About these fellowships
Applications are invited for up to three Daphne Jackson Fellowships funded by Cancer Research UK to be held at the CRUK Scotland Institute, Glasgow. The part-time fellowships are open to individuals who want to return to research after a career break of at least two years to carry out research focused on understanding the mechanisms that regulate cancer cell proliferation, survival, and dissemination. Applicants from a range of disciplines are welcome to apply, for example, including computational as well as biomedical scientists.
