The Bakery Server
The Bakery Server's duties entail customer service and maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and organized bakery section. Additionally, they aid in baking tasks, such as measuring ingredients, mixing dough, and baking bread and pastries.
- Greet customers and assist them with their bakery purchases.
- Ensure that the bakery section of the store is clean and well-organized.
- Maintain accurate product displays, labels, and signage.
- Assist with the preparation of baked goods, including measuring ingredients, mixing dough, and baking bread and pastries.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Operate bakery equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and slicers.
- Price and package baked goods for sale.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with new bakery products and trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving complaints.

Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early morning, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
