Job Title: Darner
We have an exciting opportunity for an employee interested in a career as a Darner.
This is a permanent position working 34 hours on the following shift pattern:
- Sunday: 22:00 - 06:00
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 00:00 - 06:00
- Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00
Rate of pay starts at £13.45 per hour. You will also receive a night shift allowance.
About the Role
As a Darner, you will work on a variety of luxury products, carrying out table, perch, and clean darning. You will demonstrate an excellent ability to identify and correct faults through keen attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality finish. This will involve using hand sewing techniques and problem-solving skills to rectify faults identified during the inspection of cloth and accessory products.
Full training will be provided.

You will have:
- Good colour vision (essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to follow written instructions
- Excellent hand skills and hand-eye coordination
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
