Accountabilities
As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and accurate data systems while supporting continuous improvements in data governance and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across organizational databases.
- Manage data backups and ensure data security, integrity, and availability.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining data management standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and organize new data.
- Monitor data entry processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with IT teams to optimize database performance and improve data management processes.
- Support ongoing initiatives to enhance data governance, reporting, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in managing databases while maintaining high standards of data quality and security. Successful candidates should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Database Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of database structures, data management principles, and data mining techniques.
- Experience managing data collection, analysis, storage, and distribution processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data administration tools.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
