Data Administrator

As the Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data held across The Owl Centre's systems, with a particular focus on Nest and associated reporting platforms. You will support operational teams by identifying, investigating, and correcting data quality issues, ensuring information is complete, consistent, and compliant with organisational and NHS data standards. You will work closely with service teams, administrators, clinicians, managers, and the Change Team to improve data quality, support reporting requirements, and assist with continuous improvement activities. Ultimately, you will play a key role in ensuring that organisational data can be relied upon for reporting, service delivery, decision-making, statutory returns, and regulatory compliance.

This position is a hybrid role, requiring a presence in our Pontypool Office at least 2 days per week

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
