Data Administrator – Gilead Account

Job Title: Data Administrator

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is looking for a highly organised Data Administrator to support our Gilead account. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, keeping information accurate and helping teams make better, faster decisions.

You will help collect, check and maintain key operational, compliance and performance data across multiple countries. Working closely with local site teams and the central account team, you’ll make sure reporting information is accurate, complete and ready to use.

This role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, good Excel skills and the confidence to follow up with stakeholders to keep reporting on track.

About The Client

You’ll be supporting Gilead, a global life sciences organisation known for developing life-changing medicines. The role supports a high-profile London/International Hub and plays an important part in keeping account data, reporting and governance running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Data Administrator, you’ll support the central Gilead account team with data collection, checking, reporting preparation and general coordination across several reporting streams.

  • Maintain accurate KPI, monthly reporting, audit and permit system data.
  • Check submitted data for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
  • Act as a central point of contact for account reporting data.
  • Follow up with local markets to resolve missing information, data queries or incomplete submissions.
  • Support the preparation of monthly reports, KPI packs, audit updates and management information.
  • Maintain trackers, logs and reporting templates with clear version control and audit trails.
  • Spot recurring data gaps or issues and escalate where needed.
  • Help improve reporting processes to make data collection quicker, clearer and more reliable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
