We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Administrator who'll work closely alongside our team to support our new and existing service users by answering phone calls, managing our email inbox, processing referrals, and managing/monitoring datasets. We're looking for someone with great communication and Microsoft Office skills to help us provide a friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming service.

15 per week
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
About the role:
- First Point of Contact: Ensure that telecommunications from service users, public enquiries, external agencies, and CGL staff are dealt with promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Initial Screening: Undertake initial screening for risk level, crime, and abuse type of referrals and callers.
- System Support: Support with systems to ensure the targets and aims of the project are met, and the highest possible professional standards underpin the work.
- Communication: Maintain communications for lone workers on outreach appointments, to ensure safety whilst working in the community.
- Appointment Coordination: Day-to-day appointments of staff, ensuring a high and effective level of communication.

About You
- Office Skills: Knowledge of general office procedures and minute-taking experience.
- IT Proficiency: Skilled in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, and data entry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and respond appropriately to requests for assistance.
- Communication: Confident and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional Attitude: Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude toward those accessing our service.
- Team Player: Ability to work flexibly as a team member.
