About the Role
As a Data Administrator, you are responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, and uploading of data to the ERP system. You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplined and global team, located in Huntingdon, UK, ensuring data is entered accurately to support the business operations worldwide.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Data Administrator at Videojet include:
- Creating, uploading, and maintaining master data within the ERP system.
- Processing master data requests accurately and within agreed timelines to support business operations and product launches.
- Validating information received from global cross-functional teams before system entry.
- Identifying and correcting data errors along with supporting regular data cleansing and quality improvement activities.

Essential Requirements
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Experience using databases, ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) or other software tools for data entry and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment would be advantageous.
