Roseanna Grace Physiotherapy
Roseanna Grace Physiotherapy is a thriving, specialist physiotherapy clinic based in the centre of Jesmond (Metro station 5 minutes’ walk away) with nearby parking. We treat a variety of complex and specialist patients of all ages and backgrounds and no two days are ever the same! A typical caseload at this practice involves meeting patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy/postnatal aches and pains, men’s health, children’s incontinence and much more so the ideal applicant must be okay with talking and booking in patients with sensitive health needs.
Roseanna Grace is a friendly practice and Roseanna’s goal is not only to welcome an apprentice to join the team but to then hopefully be kept on permanently as a member of the expanding team!
About the Role
We have previously had business admin apprentices to support with our office. This time, we are looking for someone to help us to help us utilise our data also. This will include:
- Analysing patient’s data such as BMI, age etc. and whether this effects their recovery time. You will help the business gain valuable insights from the data that we have collected over the past 5 years
- Answering the telephone
- Greeting patients
- Analysing patient data
- You will work on bespoke IT systems (arranging appointments and making diary changes)

Entry Requirements
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
- You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
- If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working Week
- 37.5 hours a week with the following working pattern:
- Tuesday 11:45am - 8:30pm
- Wednesday 10:45am - 7:30pm
- Thursday 07:45am - 6pm
- Friday 07:45am - 6pm
- One Saturday a month 8am - 2pm
- Sundays and Mondays off
