Role Summary
Data is at the heart of Reward’s business, and the Data Administrator is at the heart of ensuring the data meets the needs of Reward’s product portfolio.
The individual will need to work well with others in a fast-paced professional team. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of our next-generation product. We are looking for a short-term resource to work exclusively with the integration of our Global Midi data management suite. This tool will enable Reward to provide an excellent service to our clients by primarily excelling in the improvement of the quality of our data.
Key Responsibilities
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working Knowledge of Power Pivot or Power Query will be an advantage.
- Experience of working with large data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- SQL experience would be nice to have.
Education
- A-level minimum.
Competencies
- Attention to Detail: Ability to complete tasks end to end accurately and consistently.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the data at hand, what it means in the real world, and identify potential data quality issues using this understanding.
- Time Management: Ability to manage own time to ensure on-time delivery.

You are responsible to the Line Manager for the following:
- Attribution of associated metadata to allow merging.
- Quality control of system-generated reporting to ensure accuracy.
- Validation of data using advanced formulas in Excel (Lookups, pivot tables, and advanced formula building).
- Ensuring self-compliance to ISO27001.
- Updating documentation as required.
