GlobalLogic Data&AI Architect

GlobalLogic is seeking a Data&AI Architect working in our UK&Ireland Go to Market Team to drive pipeline growth and lead enterprise transformation pursuits across our Data&AI Service Line. Positioned at the intersection of technical mastery, architecture design, and strategic consulting, this dual-hatted role shapes, packages, and closes large-scale enterprise deals while establishing sound architectural blueprints.

You will serve as the strategic bridge between C-suite client decision-makers, hyperscaler partners (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake), and internal delivery teams. You will architect end-to-end solutions spanning modern data platforms, medallion architectures, Enterprise AI, and Agentic workflows, ensuring technical feasibility and immediate business ROI.

This role will have both hands-on consulting with our client-facing projects as well as Solutioning and Proposition Development that would be expected from a Go To Market focussed role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead technical pre-sales activities, including customer discovery workshops, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), proposals, RFIs/RFPs, Statements of Work (SoWs), and commercial cost modeling.
  • Shape, translate, and package cutting-edge Data&AI capabilities (Generative AI, Agentic workflows, Data Mesh) into compelling commercial offerings and business outcomes for C-level executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account, and Delivery teams to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within new and existing enterprise accounts, driving deal closures.
  • Co-sell and co-develop joint market propositions alongside hyperscalers and platform partners (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Architect scalable, enterprise-grade cloud platforms across the full data lifecycle—from platform setup and ingestion to orchestration and consumption.
  • Design modern lakehouse solutions, defining Medallion Architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold), cross-domain data modeling, and governance standards.
  • Define data architectures supporting Enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI workflows, including vector databases and orchestration frameworks.
  • Incorporate FinOps and cost optimization strategies into solution proposals by tuning query performance and balancing cluster/storage costs.
  • Serve as the strategic technical advisor during marquee client onboarding, ensuring delivery teams align with pre-sales architectural blueprints.
  • Contribute to practice expansion by developing reusable accelerators, solution blueprints, and standardized implementation templates.
  • Act as a thought leader by publishing technical insights, speaking at industry events, and contributing to whitepapers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
