Data & AI Architect / Practice Lead

£110,000 + bonus | UK based | Travel to client sites as required

We’re partnering with a leading European consultancy looking for someone to help grow its Microsoft Data & AI capability in the UK.

There’s a lot to get stuck into here. Leading client programmes, shaping propositions, developing people and having a real say in how the practice grows.

You’ll stay close to the technology and delivery, with the opportunity to influence hiring, standards and the wider go-to-market approach.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading Data & AI engagements from initial discovery through architecture and delivery.
  • Working with senior client stakeholders to turn business priorities into practical solutions.
  • Shaping opportunities through workshops, solution design, proposals and bids.
  • Building propositions around Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data & AI and generative AI.
  • Recruiting, mentoring and developing the team, alongside creating reusable approaches that help the practice scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
