You will architect end-to-end solutions spanning modern data platforms, medallion architectures, Enterprise AI, and Agentic workflows, ensuring technical feasibility and immediate business ROI.

This role will have both hands-on consulting with our client-facing projects as well as Solutioning and Proposition Development that would be expected from a Go To Market focussed role.

  • Proven track record of architecting, shaping, and closing large-scale enterprise data & AI deals with executive business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in co-selling with cloud platforms and hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for both developer teams and C-suite audiences.
  • A global mindset, with experience working across geographies including India, East Europe, and North America.
  • Proven track record of acceleration of Business growth.
  • Deep expertise in PySpark/Python, Advanced SQL, data modeling, batch/real-time streaming, and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Terraform, Databricks Asset Bundles).
  • Deep knowledge of Databricks/Snowflake environments, including Unity Catalog, workspaces, Delta Lake, and networking/security (VPNs, Private Links, Firewalls) and/or Snowflake Platform including Cortex, Horizon, and Snowpark.
  • Advanced proficiency in Azure, AWS, or GCP platform setup and administration.
  • Practical understanding of Generative AI, RAG frameworks, Agentic AI architectural patterns, and security guardrails.
  • Solid understanding of data governance standards (lineage, access control) and performance/cost optimization frameworks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
