About the Role and Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Deal Origination & Pursuit: Lead client engagements to identify high-value business opportunities, shape strategic pursuits, and successfully close large-scale deals.
- Consultative Selling: Translate complex technical capabilities (GenAI, Data Mesh, Advanced Analytics) into tangible business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
- Proposal Leadership: Head the creation of compelling RFPs, technical solution blueprints, and commercial models for large enterprise programs.
- P&L Ownership: KPIs will be directly correlated with business success.
Technical Strategy & Solution Architecture
- End-to-End Value Chain Mastery: Architect solutions spanning data engineering, governance, business intelligence (BI) and enterprise-grade AI.
- Next-Gen AI Ideation: Identify high-impact use cases for Generative AI and Agentic AI, defining the precise underlying data architectures and orchestration frameworks required to support them.
- Ecosystem Utilization: Leverage deep hands-on familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Databricks, and Snowflake to design modern, scalable data platforms.
Program Delivery Oversight
- Large-Scale Governance: Act as the strategic advisor on marquee, multi-million-dollar programs, ensuring technical alignment and value realization.
- CoE Alignment: Champion best practices, reusability, and delivery excellence inherited from a high-performing Center of Excellence environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Consulting Background: Minimum of 8–10+ years in a premier management or technology consulting firm, managing client relationships and driving growth.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in identifying, structuring, and closing large-scale Data/AI deals and managing large delivery programs.
- CoE Pedigree: Past technical leadership roles within a Data & AI Center of Excellence or enterprise architecture group.
Technical Expertise
- Core Data Engineering: Deep understanding of data modeling, ingestion pipelines, storage, and modern data stack paradigms.
- Cloud & Data Platforms: Advanced proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, and at least one major cloud provider.
- AI Portfolio: Proven experience deploying Enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. Must understand the data needs, security guardrails, and architectural patterns of Agentic AI (autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks).
- BI & Analytics: Solid grasp of business intelligence, data democratization, and insights consumption strategy.

- Business Outcome Focused: Ability to tie every technical decision directly to revenue growth, cost reduction, or risk mitigation for the client.
- Constant Learner: A passion for staying at the absolute bleeding edge of technology (e.g., evolving LLM architectures, vector databases, agentic workflows).
- Collaborative Team Player: A low-ego, high-collaboration leader who can seamlessly partner with account teams, delivery units, and practice peers.
