Summary of the role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Generative AI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions within the banking and financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and deploying production-grade GenAI solutions for complex client environments. You will combine deep technical expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, and enterprise architecture with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions.

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture, solution design, and delivery of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for banking clients.
  • Translate business requirements and regulatory considerations into scalable, production-ready AI architectures.
  • Design and implement advanced GenAI solutions, including:
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  • Collaborate with engineering, data, cloud, and business teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
  • Drive solution assurance across the full software development lifecycle, including architecture reviews, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation.
  • Facilitate client workshops and present technical solutions to both executive and technical stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
