About The Role
Join PwC's market-leading Data & AI Consulting team and help shape the future of the Insurance industry.
As insurers modernise their technology estates, embrace cloud platforms, and unlock the potential of AI, the demand for transformational data and AI solutions has never been greater. In this role, you'll lead complex business and technology transformation programmes for some of the UK's leading insurance organisations, helping clients turn ambitious strategies into measurable outcomes.
Working at the intersection of business, data, AI, and technology, you'll collaborate with senior client stakeholders, technical specialists, and multidisciplinary delivery teams to design and implement solutions that create lasting value.
What your days will look like
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Data and AI transformation programmes for insurance clients.
- Shape data and AI strategies, identify high-value use cases, and define delivery roadmaps that drive business outcomes.
- Manage programme scope, budgets, resources, governance, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning AI, data, engineering, architecture, analytics, governance, and change.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to navigate delivery challenges, drive adoption, and realise measurable value.
- Support business development activities, contribute to proposals, and help grow PwC's Data & AI Insurance practice.

The role is for you if
- You have significant experience leading large-scale Data, Analytics, AI, or Technology transformation programmes within the Insurance sector.
- You have a strong understanding of insurance business processes, operating models, and the opportunities created by Data and AI.
- You have experience managing complex programme delivery, including budgets, governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder relationships.
- You can translate business challenges into practical, value-driven data and AI solutions.
- You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering outcomes in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- You are a strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
