Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Data Analyst to join a Data Algorithms team in London. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating business requirements into data-driven solutions. This role is suitable for:
- Business Analysts with 8+ years of experience in data-focused projects.
- Data Analysts with several years of hands-on analytical experience complemented by Business Analysis expertise.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define algorithm requirements, analyse data, and support the delivery of scalable data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within data-intensive environments.
- Alternatively, strong Data Analyst experience with additional Business Analysis responsibilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with large datasets and interpreting analytical outputs.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Experience creating user stories, process maps, workflows, and business documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
