Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform complex data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The successful candidate will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets, identify trends and patterns, and develop reports and dashboards that enable stakeholders to monitor performance and optimize business strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing structured and unstructured data
  • Creating visualizations
  • Preparing regular and ad hoc reports
  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide actionable recommendations

The Data Analyst will also support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities through data-driven analysis, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring data quality across multiple systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable business insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and validating data.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and reporting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and database management.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and responsible handling of sensitive business data.
