Job Title: Data Analysis Specialist
Location: Chertsey, UK (Hybrid)
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (with potential extension)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analysis Specialist to support data analytics initiatives, run reporting workflows, and deliver actionable insights to senior management. You will work closely with the core analytics team to gather requirements, build data pipelines, and analyze datasets from key enterprise systems.

- Support analytics task-streams and ensure successful delivery of reporting initiatives.
- Gather requirements and assist in designing data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Source and acquire data from various enterprise systems such as SCM and ERP.
- Analyze complex datasets to pull out meaningful insights and share findings with stakeholders.
- Transform raw data into structured formats and generate comprehensive reports for senior leadership.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong academic background in numerical fields (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics).
- 2+ years of experience evaluating and querying datasets to provide reporting metrics.
- Structured, methodical working practices with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual or strong proficiency in Korean and English (Speaking, Reading, Writing) is advantageous.
