Role Description
As a Data Analyst at Finalto, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights through impactful dashboards and reporting solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to support data-driven decision-making and help drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Analyse datasets to uncover trends and support business decision-making
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency in reporting outputs
- Work with structured datasets to perform data analysis and transformations
- Support the integration of data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data is accessible and fit for analysis
- Contribute to documentation and best practices for reporting and analytics

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics, with a proven ability to deliver actionable insights
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI (mandatory)
- Understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Databricks or other modern data platforms
- Experience in banking, financial services, or fast-paced, data-driven environments is preferred.
Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python (nice to have)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Relevant industry certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in STEM or Computer Science
