The Opportunity – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

At SEPHORA, data plays an important role in helping us better understand our customers, measure performance and identify opportunities for growth. We're looking for a Data Analyst to join us on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to support our Ecommerce and Digital teams by delivering accurate reporting, actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing and CRM teams, you'll help monitor performance, analyse customer behaviour and support key business decisions through reporting and analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and turning insights into meaningful actions within a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Maintain dashboards and reporting that track key ecommerce and digital performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion and campaign performance.
  • Analyse customer, website and trading data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Support Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and CRM teams with data analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Quantum Metric and other digital platforms to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Translate data and findings into clear, easy-to-understand summaries for a range of stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to support business performance reviews.
  • Support the accuracy and integrity of digital reporting and tracking.
  • Create data visualisations using Power BI and other reporting tools to make performance data accessible and meaningful.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to support commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on testing, measurement and optimisation initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and attention to detail across all reporting outputs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance business insight.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
