The Overview
A unique opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded FP&A Business Partner to join a high-performing global organisation at the intersection of finance, data analytics, and strategic investment. As part of a highly visible Group Finance function, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, supporting performance reporting, investment analysis, and reporting transformation initiatives. The team is investing heavily in its data and reporting capabilities, creating an excellent opportunity to influence future processes and decision-making.
The Role
As an FP&A Business Partner, you will combine financial understanding with strong data and analytics expertise to deliver meaningful business insight.

You will:
- Support monthly business performance and investment reporting across the organisation
- Collect, validate, cleanse, and consolidate operational and financial data from multiple sources
- Develop and enhance reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and related tools
- Produce board-level reporting packs and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Analyse profitability, utilisation, investment performance, and key business KPIs
- Translate complex datasets into clear commercial recommendations and actionable insights
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Data teams to improve reporting processes and data quality
- Support investment initiatives by evaluating performance, ROI, and business outcomes
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation's data warehouse and reporting architecture
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardisation, and enhanced management information
Your Skills & Experience
- Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, complex reporting models, and large dataset analysis
- Strong Power BI experience covering dashboard development, data modelling, Power Query, and reporting
- Solid DAX capability with experience creating business-focused measures and calculations
- Strong SQL knowledge for querying, joining, and transforming data
- Experience working with multiple data sources and fragmented datasets
- Ability to create meaningful reporting and performance insights for business stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within professional services, consulting, financial services, or another KPI-driven commercial environment would be advantageous
- Background in Data Analytics, BI, Reporting Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or a similar data-focused role
- Comfortable working between business users and technical data teams

- Salary of £70,000 - £75,000
