About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Hippo Digital. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital project methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution and successful outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects that make a tangible impact on our clients’ digital transformation journeys.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital project management or a similar role.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end management of digital projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitoring progress against these plans.
- Facilitating communication among stakeholders, team members, and external vendors to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Identifying potential risks and issues early, and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and clients on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Promoting a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
