💻 Job Title: Data Analyst x5 (mid to lead level)
💰 Salaries:
- Mid - up to £70k
- Senior - up to £88k
- Lead - up to £100k
🔥 Equity:

- Monitoring forecast accuracy and catching model drift before it hits the business

- Defining the metrics for entirely new services and expansion markets where none exist yet
- Translating messy operational data into dashboards and recommendations people actually act on

✅ What they're looking for, broadly:
- Strong SQL, comfortable across the analytical spectrum from fast descriptive work to more rigorous modelling
- Strong data visualisation experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.
- People who want to understand how an operation actually works, not analyse it from a distance
- Confidence communicating with non-technical stakeholders, and translating data into decisions people act on
- 3+ years experience for Analyst level; 5+ for Senior and Lead
👍 Bonus points for:
- Experience with dbt and modern cloud warehouses (BigQuery experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
- Experience working within logistics, marketplace or operational analytics exposure
- Python proficiency for automation and data manipulation
