Data Analyst – ISS (Remote Role)
ISS is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the team and take ownership of data, reporting and dashboard delivery across a key client contract.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and turning complex information into clear, actionable insight that supports both operational performance and client outcomes.
The role will involve:
- Taking ownership of monthly performance reporting, KPIs, reviews, and management information.
- Leading the end-to-end reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the client and internal stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and analytical reporting across multiple service streams.
- Working with CAFM, BMS, and other data sources to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Taking ownership of CAFM data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong data governance.
- Producing both regular and ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Working closely with Operations, Transformation, Projects, HSEQ, Communications, and FMS teams.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data quality to deliver tangible benefits for ISS and the client.
- Supporting system improvements, change initiatives, and user training where required.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong data analysis and reporting experience within a complex or customer-focused environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft 365 experience.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Visio would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of databases, CAFM systems, or other asset management platforms.
- The ability to interrogate large and varied datasets and translate complex information into clear insights.
- A proactive and detail-focused approach, with the ability to manage your own workload and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across operational and senior teams.
