About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our client's dynamic team during a pivotal phase of digital transformation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company's data infrastructure by contributing to the development and enhancement of a modern, cloud-based data platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale cloud migration projects, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, Redshift, Power BI, SQL, and Python. The Data Analyst will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve customer experiences.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a track record of working with large datasets
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to develop complex queries and optimize data retrieval processes
- Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks
- Experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines, preferably using AWS Glue or comparable tools
- Proficiency in Power BI or other modern data visualization platforms to create impactful dashboards and reports
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality standards, and best practices in data management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of translating technical insights into business value
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub is desirable
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team environment
Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will be instrumental in delivering the organization’s data transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing a cloud-based Data Warehouse using SQL to support business analytics and reporting needs
- Designing, building, and managing ETL pipelines leveraging AWS Glue and related cloud services to automate data workflows
- Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time insights
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand data needs, and deliver tailored analytics solutions
- Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards through rigorous quality checks
- Documenting data processes, workflows, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability
- Staying abreast of emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and engineering to continuously enhance capabilities
