Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications will be considered an advantage. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or a similar role. Strong leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential. Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms, such as MS Office Suite, project management software, and data analysis tools, is required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and executing various projects from inception to completion
- Ensuring projects align with the company’s strategic goals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress
- Conducting risk assessments, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, preparing detailed reports, and presenting updates to senior management
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team
- Mentoring junior staff members and supporting their professional development
