The Opportunity
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation where data sits at the heart of decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern, cloud-based data environment, helping to turn complex data into meaningful insight that drives business performance.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how data, automation, and AI are used across the business—working with cutting-edge tools including Power BI and Microsoft Co-pilot technologies. This is more than a reporting role; it’s an opportunity to build scalable data products, improve processes, and influence how a modern wealth management firm leverages data.
What You Will Be Doing
- Analysing and transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insight to support decision-making
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Improving data quality through cleansing, validation, and robust processes
- Automating manual tasks using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and low-code solutions
- Managing and supporting data flows across systems, including API integrations
- Investigating and resolving data issues to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Supporting ongoing data transformation initiatives, including changes to systems and processes
- Leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g. Co-pilot) to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery
- Driving continuous improvement in data practices, controls, and governance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
