About The Role
The Data Analyst at HireMap plays a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across various departments. This position involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. The successful candidate will develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling management to monitor business health effectively. Collaboration is essential in this role, as the Data Analyst will work closely with teams from Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills, a passion for data, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of German or Italian is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and engage with stakeholders effectively
- Previous experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Reporting is preferred but motivated candidates with strong technical skills will also be considered
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze data from diverse sources to support business objectives
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights
- Monitor and analyze business KPIs to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Support management decision-making through quantitative analysis and data interpretation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used for analysis and reporting
- Develop documentation and best practices for data analysis and dashboard creation
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance data analysis skills and tools
