About The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of Consula Group LTD for a senior-level Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, enabling a healthy work-life balance while contributing to impactful projects. The ideal candidate will be an experienced analyst confident in working with complex datasets, translating data into actionable insights, and communicating findings effectively to senior stakeholders. Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess proven experience as a Data Analyst within a fast-paced, professional environment. Advanced proficiency in SQL is essential, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize data retrieval processes. Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is required to create compelling dashboards and reports. Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis, automation, and scripting is highly desirable. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is also important. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable business recommendations. Outstanding communication skills are essential for presenting insights confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences. A proactive, self-motivated approach suited to remote work environments is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to the needs of senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data requirements and deliver impactful analysis.
- Develop and sustain robust data models and reporting frameworks that support scalable and accurate analysis.
- Identify opportunities for improving data quality, operational processes, and analytical capabilities within the organization.
- Present findings clearly and confidently to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring insights are accessible and actionable.
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall data strategy, helping to shape future data initiatives and innovations.
