Data Analyst - Manchester or Leeds | Hybrid (3 Days in Office)
Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits
I'm excited to be partnering with one of my favourite clients on a brand-new Data Analyst opportunity within their growing Data & AI function.

The Role:
This is far more than a dashboard-building position. You'll be responsible for turning complex data into meaningful business recommendations, helping stakeholders understand not only what's happening, but why it's happening and what actions should be taken as a result.

Working across multiple business areas, you'll uncover insights, influence decision-making and help drive commercial outcomes through data.
What They're Looking For:
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong Python skills
- Experience delivering actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate data into compelling business stories
- Strong analytical and statistical mindset
- Experience working with medium to large datasets
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a commercial environment
Bonus Points For:
- Experience within Financial Services or another regulated industry
- Exposure to AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar

- Examples of analysis that directly influenced business decisions
- Experience improving processes, customer outcomes or commercial performance

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
If your background is heavily focused on reporting and dashboard development alone, this probably won't be the right fit.
