About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team at Man Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the investment process by conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, and assisting in the development of investment strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior portfolio managers and contribute to the firm's investment decisions. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications such as CFA or CPA is preferred but not mandatory
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis, financial research, or asset management
  • Strong quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, or other financial software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and risk management principles
  • Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Collaborative attitude and strong ethical foundation aligned with the firm’s commitment to responsible investing

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on various asset classes, industries, and geographic markets to identify investment opportunities and risks
  • Support senior portfolio managers in developing and implementing investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk appetite
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments or rebalancing
  • Prepare detailed investment reports, presentations, and market outlooks to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Stay updated on global economic trends, geopolitical developments, and regulatory changes that could impact investment portfolios
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management and compliance, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Assist in the due diligence process for new investments, including financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of research, transactions, and performance metrics
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
