Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, and perform data analytics and statistical analysis to generate insights. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining data models, creating reports and dashboards, and interpreting trends to support business recommendations. The role involves collaborating with clients or internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, present findings in a clear and actionable way, and continuously improve analytical approaches and data quality.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Data Analytics tools and techniques
- Knowledge of Statistics for hypothesis testing, data validation, and quantitative reporting
- Proficiency in Data Modeling, including structuring datasets and designing analytical models
- Effective Communication skills for explaining complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple remote projects, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and documentation best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
