About the Role
Zonious is looking for a Data Analyst to work remotely with our team in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, identifying meaningful trends, creating clear reports, and translating analysis into actionable business insights. We welcome applications from early-career, mid-level, and experienced professionals with relevant data-analysis experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Clean, validate, and organize datasets to ensure data quality.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable business insights.
- Support business teams in data-driven decision-making.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- 1–7 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience with one or more data-analysis or programming tools such as Python.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Experience working with large or complex datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and data-quality practices.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
