About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex technology projects from initiation through completion. Your primary focus will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and coordinate resources effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that have a meaningful impact on our clients' digital strategies and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a strong educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. A minimum of five years of experience in IT project management is required, with proven expertise in managing large-scale technology initiatives. Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate diverse teams. A solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management tools is essential. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing remote or distributed teams will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules
- Allocating resources effectively
- Monitoring project progress to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives
- Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions
- Regular reporting on project status, milestones, and performance metrics to senior management
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle
