The Role
- Lead the development and delivery of performance reporting and management information.
- Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Design and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Develop performance measures and KPIs that support organisational objectives.
- Ensure robust data quality standards, validation processes, and governance practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and business performance monitoring.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience within a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, MI Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst role.
- Experience designing and improving reporting frameworks, processes, and performance measures.
- Strong capability in gathering, managing, analysing, and interpreting complex data from multiple sources.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.
- Good working knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.
- Confidence to challenge data quality issues and investigate inconsistencies.
