About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team at NEWTO TRAINING LIMITED. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and managing training programs to ensure seamless delivery and maximum participant engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for education and development. As a Training Coordinator, you will work closely with trainers, clients, and participants to facilitate the planning and execution of various training initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our training programs, helping individuals and organizations achieve their professional goals.

The successful candidate will possess a relevant bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Prior experience in training coordination, event management, or a similar role is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to liaise with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems, and other relevant software tools is expected. A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Planning and scheduling training sessions in collaboration with trainers and clients.
  • Managing registration processes and maintaining accurate participant records.
  • Coordinating logistics such as venue arrangements, training materials, and technology setup.
  • Providing pre-training support and communication to ensure participants are well-informed and prepared.
  • Assisting trainers during sessions with materials and technical support.
  • Collecting feedback from participants and trainers to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Generating reports on training activities, attendance, and outcomes for management review.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve training delivery and participant experience.
