About The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their data analysis skills within a professional services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing datasets, supporting operational efficiency initiatives, and providing valuable insights to stakeholders. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in data analysis, with proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar visualization tools. A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Information Technology is preferred but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude are essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and optimize datasets using MS Excel and Power BI to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Examine current workflows to identify inefficiencies and support project management initiatives aimed at process improvement.
- Investigate operational discrepancies and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests promptly and accurately, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, processes, and analysis methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
