Overview
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing data, developing insightful dashboards, and providing data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Report Design & Delivery
- Advanced experience translating stakeholder requirements into intuitive, accessible dashboards and reports that enable self-service data exploration.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX and Excel to develop data models and create efficient, optimised and scalable reports and visualisations.
- Ability to design dashboards that clearly communicate complex data and insights to a range of stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Synthesis
- Strong experience integrating multiple data sources into a conformed data model for analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Query and M.
- Experience in data cleansing, transformation and preparation for reporting and analysis.
Statistical Analysis & Techniques
- Proven experience applying a broad range of statistical techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of averages, standard deviation, correlation, regression and statistical significance testing.
- Ability to interpret statistical results and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Understanding of Dashboarding Products
- Experience monitoring emerging technologies and assessing their potential application to dashboard and data visualisation products.
- Ability to provide recommendations on tools and technologies that can improve reporting and data visualisation capabilities.
